You can however forward any listing on our site to a friend whom you believe has great interest in purchasing from our site, with no intention of making a profit of any sort from any listing’s.

Agent’s will be excluded from the above clause A if; they are a registered company who have current listing’s, and have paid for advertising with Online Real Estate advertising’s website (http://realestateadds.com) and all payment’s are not outstanding and are paid up to date.

No Commission Guarantee

When we say "No Commission" we mean we do not charge a fee or a commission on the sale of your home, property or business.

Loss or Damages

We take no responsibility for any loss or damages to any business or entity for any loss in business due to our new business service's from $9.95, $79.95, $149.95 and $299.95. You are paying for a service at a more affordable price to you or your company or business.

Membership Registration

Our site's registration form requires you to provide us contact information and may also require demographic information. We may use your contact information from the registration form to send you information about our company and promotional material from some of our affiliated partners. Your contact information is also used to contact you when necessary.

Updating your Personal Information

Online Real Estate Advertising provides you with ways in which you can update your personal information, including changing your email address, password, phone number, etc. Online Real Estate Advertising will store previous email addresses against your profile to ensure compliance with our Terms and Conditions - specifically the use of one account per member.

Address Details
